I moved to Los Angeles in late May 2010 after being born, raised, and educated in NYC. The idea to start this blog came to me while studying for the July 2010 California bar exam and it launched in September 2010. During the Summer of 2010 free agent frenzy it hit me how much I was going miss going to The World’s Most Famous Arena with my brother to watch the Knicks.  I figured this blog could serve as an oasis for me to discuss everything Knicks despite living 3,000 miles away from the Mecca of basketball.

As for The World’s Most Famous Blog, or TWMFBlog, breaking news is not the goal of this blog. I want TWMFBlog to be a conversation starter, a place for Knicks fans to come and engage in thoughtful discussion about their favorite team. Occasionally I’ll post something that is “newsish” but those posts will be me riffing on how this “news” effects the Knicks rather than simply reporting that such news happened. In short, expect editorial and analysis rather than reporting.

Lastly, there are many different ways you can follow TWMFBlog. You can follow via Twitter, Facebook, or through your RSS reader. You can also follow me on Twitter. I’ve also added some pretty neat features to help enhance your experience as a Knicks fan.  I also created a Twitter List that is continuously updated to include the best Knicks related Twitter personalities out there. This list is mostly filled with Knicks players, Knicks reporters and media personalities, and Knicks bloggers along with a few exceptional Knicks fans on Twitter. Finally, if you want to contact me via email, please do so at: TWMFBlog [at] gmail [dot] com.

Welcome to The World’s Most Famous Blog! Let’s go Knicks!
